10 GUARANTEES IN FAVOR OF THIRD PARTIES
The total amount of guarantees in favor of its subsidiaries was CHF 97.2 million at December 31, 2022 (December 31, 2021: CHF 85.6 million). In addition, the Company is member of the VAT-group of Tecan Schweiz AG.
